Feb. 5, 2008

  • Added new Ninja skill: Fiery Blades: Shoot fire from a thrown weapon
  • Added new Ninja skill: Lightning Missile: Use a thrown missile as a lightning rod
  • Added new Ninja skill: Assassinate: Same as Zeal
  • Added new Ninja skill: Hidden Blade: Same as Jab, except it freezes
  • Added a few new Class-Specific armor pieces
  • Screenshots of the Ninja's Blades tree are coming soon.


Feb. 4, 2008

  • Added Ninja skill: Dagger Mastery
  • Added Ninja skill: Backhand slash: Uninterruptible cold dagger attack
  • Skeletons now steal mana, to give balance to melee chars


Feb. 3rd?, 2008

  • Dropped FOA skill
  • Added special abilities to Fallen, Carvers, Devilkin, Dark Ones, Fallen Shamans, Carver Shamans, Devilkin Shamans, and Dark One Shamans. Read about these abilities at the Features page.


Feb. 1, 2008

  • Added new monster: Shadow Minion
  • New Ninja (formerly Assassin) Skill: Throwing Mastery
  • New skill to come soon: Hand of Aries [Archer (Formerly Amazon) Skill]

  • Debuffed Lilith slightly
  • New area maps for the fallen camps
  • 2 new rune words, Silence, and Uber Archer

  • Added a crapload of New skills for the Ninja. Listehh here:
    Perfume: acts like sanctuary on crack, it repels and damages ANY enemy
    Curing: Completly heals the player for 10 mana downwards
    Chilling: Arctic blast with a bigger punch, but can be only shot in a short burst
    Shadow Clone: Shadow warrior with greatly lowered life

  • Recapped the Max Level at 500
  • Added Demon Skin, basically transforms you into a demon, and increases AC, and also damages ranged attackers with Teeth missiles
  • Made all the Martial Arts skills actually useful, now you can stack all of the charge up skills, duration for the charges has been removed (aka broken)

Thats it for today. Expect more l8ter.

Presidents Day, 2008

  • Added Stances- every class starts with three stances, which are just heavily overpowered auras. Only the Levitation (Mage Stance) stance drains mana.
  • Fixed an exploit involving skill points
  • Added many new monsters

  • Revitalized the town portal and red portal animations. Heres an image of a red portal opening:

  • Started working on a gfx class (gun) where the player is holding a rifle. It will be technically a throwing weapon because when you throw, it shoots a bullet, and when you normal attack, you will butt a person with the rifle.
  • Started working on ideas with the ranger, dealing with the three skill trees (Archery, Musketeering, and Masteries)

  • Finally completed the gun. It fires and instantaneously hits the target, regardless of the range. Screenshot added.
  • New Twilight Mage (formerly necromancer) skill: Asteronermoroids - Similar to Armageddon in nature, except that the rocks make volcanoes when they hit the ground.
  • New Ranger skill: Killing Spree - Fast shots with a gun

  • Reworked the Twilight Mage's Dark Magic skill tree. It will include some necromancer favorites, such as Raise Skeleton and Confuse. It will in addition have some new skills like Asteronemeroids, Acid Rain, Demon Skin, and Raise Suicidal Minion.
  • Added 5 new overlays:
    - Angel Wings (Composed of two overlays)
    - Arcane Cast (Unused, supposedly for the fake Horazon)
    - Blue Angel Wings (Composed of two overlays)
  • Rewrote suicidal minions so they can launch multiple attacks (Up to 13) before they kill themselves
  • Added new Ranger skill: Grenade Launcher (I think you can guess what this does Wink )

Ugh, March 3, 2008
Been wayyyy too long since I posted an update, but much worthwhile.

  • Added Acid Rain and Venom Breath, making the Twilight mage exactly 1/3rd of the way done.
  • Game balancing issues resolved
  • Fixed bug where high-end herbs (the kind that sell for 2mill) were dropping in low level areas, and low-end herbs were dropping in Act 5 Nightmare
  • Blacksmithing Plans now drop, thanks to a bug they didn't drop at all

  • New Skill: Acid Rain (does poison and fire damage combined)
  • New Skill: Twilight Wave
  • New Skill: Grave Lycanthropy: Transform into a skeleton, boosting AR, damage, but restricting the use of Dark or Light magic
  • New Skill: Blood Feast: Eat corpses to boost AR, damage, and life regeneration rate. The more corpses you take in, the faster your life regerneration rate will be, but the duration will be pruned.
  • New Skill: Call of the Dead: Boosts Grave Lyncanthropy duration and damage bonus, increases Blood Feast damage bonus
  • Added Synergies to Demon Skin, Grave Lycanthropy, and Blood Feast
  • Started working on characters in cinematics, picture coming soon

  • All Undead now have the Mana Burn ability. Having Mana Burn property on unique monsters (who are undead) increases mana taken, and feeds it as life.
  • Two new sets
  • Sand Maggots are more powerful now

Sorry but am I the only one who thinks Multiplayer is completely overrated these days, games of this kind really dont suit multiplayer unless its co-op. Dead Rising got on fine without it, why cant Dead Rising 2 do the same.

I always wanted an H20 but never had the cash when they were producing. Would be nice to have them made again with some material updates.
